Equipped with complete production facilities and advanced mature technologies, we own a 2400-ton CNC press brake, which can bend Q345 steel plates up to -35×12500mm and Q420 high-strength steel plates up to -28×12500mm. We are equipped with processing molds for round and multi-edge steel pipes, strongly supporting the production of ultra-high voltage large-span steel pipe towers and substation frameworks.
We adopt advanced CNC automatic submerged arc welding machines for longitudinal seam welding of thick materials and small-diameter pipes. The HQCS60×14000 plasma and flame automatic cutting system with Hypertherm CNC control ensures high precision in plate cutting, parts processing and overall assembly. Advanced CNC angle steel production lines, CNC plate production lines and new-generation high-speed CNC drilling lines are applied for angle steel tower manufacturing, fully meeting the mass production demand of high-voltage towers with Q420 and Q460 high-strength steel materials.
We have a professional vertical trial assembly site for steel pipe crossing towers, equipped with one 10-ton tower crane and four 32m×15m×10-ton gantry cranes, capable of meeting vertical trial assembly requirements for all types of iron towers, substation frameworks and large crossing towers.
Our enterprise is equipped with a national standardized physical and chemical laboratory, 30+ sets of professional quality inspection and testing equipment, and certified professional testing personnel. Strict quality control is implemented throughout every procedure, from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery.
