Located in Yingqiu Industrial Park of Changle, the factory covers 890,000 square meters with four professional processing workshops. Equipped with 2400-ton CNC bending machines, Hypertherm plasma cutting equipment and automatic submerged arc welding machines, the production lines can process high-strength Q345, Q420 and Q460 steel plates to manufacture various Power Steel Structure Tower, including lattice transmission towers, large-span steel pipe towers, substation frames and photovoltaic brackets. All production procedures are managed by self-developed ERP system, realizing fully digital Power Tower Production and precise Power Tower Manufacturing.
The enterprise owns a professional design team of 50 CAD engineers, who can quickly draw and optimize drawings to develop Customized Towers for Power Industry according to different countries’ voltage standards, wind load and construction environment. Before mass production, all tower types will be sent to the 8,000-square-meter trial assembly field for vertical assembly test with gantry cranes and tower cranes. Inspectors check component size, flange flatness and assembly clearance to ensure smooth on-site installation for overseas clients.
A complete physical and chemical laboratory with more than 30 sets of testing equipment guarantees quality in every step. Raw material tensile test, chemical composition analysis, weld ultrasonic and X-ray flaw detection are mandatory procedures for all Transmission Tower and Power Steel Structure Tower. Vibration aging equipment is used to eliminate welding stress and avoid deformation during hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment.
